The Partnership and Investment Department will;
- Mobilize resources for investment in Northern Kenya and Other Arid Lands.
- Provide a platform for relevant organizations for partnership and investment.
- Identify and establish areas of possible collaboration, partnership and association and support investment and partnership opportunities in the region.
- Promote and manage relationships with partners and investors.
- Coordinate development and marketing of investment proposals in collaboration with relevant Ministries; and
- Interpret policies and relevant statutes in line with the Ministry's mandates, goals and objectives.
